A MCDM MODEL PROPOSAL AND SOLUTION FOR EVALUATING AGILE METHODS USED IN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

In the developing and changing world, field of technology hosts many innovations. Supply chain management has also evolved in light technological developments incorporated concept agility. Agile supply is ability to respond quickly unexpected changes demand supply. As chains compete a rapidly growing market, agility provides significant competitive advantage firms. An agile flexibly demands problems. It benefits companies by adopting right product, customer, transportation, system. this study, it was aimed evaluate methods used processes, for purpose, multi-criteria model consisting 12 criteria 9 alternatives proposed. This proposed solved with two-stage solution techniques, first stage solution, criterion weights were calculated SWARA method, while evaluation ranking alternative carried out WASPAS method. The application results are presented so that most appropriate method methodology be determined.
